GLOSSARY / Special Rules
Excision Coin
At a Glance
A special Coin that can break Unbreakable Coins during a Clash. When it loses a Clash itself, it behaves like an Unbreakable Coin.
GUIDEHow It Works
An ordinary Coin that breaks during a Clash no longer contributes to later Power comparisons. An Excision Coin can also break Unbreakable Coins.
If the side with an Excision Coin loses the Clash, that Coin remains unbroken. In an attack skill, it attacks after taking damage, with its unbroken Coin Power changed to 1.
It therefore has 2 properties: breaking the opponent's Unbreakable Coins, and remaining after its own Clash Loss.
NOTESCommon Misunderstandings
- Being able to break Unbreakable Coins does not guarantee a Clash Win. Coin destruction and Clash victory are separate results.
- Check the skill's conditions for remaining Coins, attack order after the Clash, and individual effects.
EXAMPLEWorked Example
Clashing with Unbreakable Coins
Two simultaneous classifications
These are concurrent properties, not a guaranteed sequence in every Clash. Breaking an opposing Coin does not guarantee victory.
