GUIDEMechanics and How to Use

At a Glance

A Bleed Pierce attacker that aggressively loses HP through S2 and S3's self-damage. Upon taking otherwise lethal damage, she enters the Changing Room and returns in enhanced Full Makeover form. That transformed state is where she reaches full strength.

Core Mechanics

  • Entering the Changing Room: Through the passive Into the Changing Room..., when she takes damage that would bring her HP to 0, she does not take it and gains 2 Changing Room instead (once per battle). However, HP-reducing effects from basic skills cannot drop her below 1 HP, so to enter the Changing Room she must take damage that would reduce her HP to 0 from something other than self-damage.
  • Self-damage: When using S2 or S3 without enough Pulsation Count, she pays the shortfall with HP regardless of Full Makeover (S2 up to 10, S3 up to 15; 3% of max HP per missing point). In addition, without Full Makeover, she spends 20% of her HP before attacking. The Defense skill Of Course... There was Meaning to this World After All also spends 20% of her HP at Combat Start without Full Makeover, and grants +10 Aggro next turn.
  • Changing Room: Speed fixed at 1, −50% damage taken from skills, Shield equal to her max HP, and 10 Aggro at Turn Start. She can only use the dedicated Defense skill As the Voice Says, I Gladly Withdraw into Myself. If Changing Room is 0 at Turn End, she enters Full Makeover and gains 5 Pulsation Count.
  • Full Makeover: +1 Speed, HP increase equal to 25% of max HP, −10% damage taken from skills, and +1 Bleed Potency inflicted by basic skills. S2 and S3 gain damage, reuse a Coin once, and heal HP when the reuse hits. The combat passive Cradle of Change (1 Wrath, 1 Lust, and 2 Envy Owned; unlocked at Uptie Ⅱ) also heals 8% of her HP on basic skill hits during Full Makeover, 5 times per turn.
  • S1 is poor early on: S1 grants 5 Pulsation Count at 80% or more current HP, which reduces S2's and S3's self-damage and delays the Changing Room.

How to Use

Early on, prioritize S2 and S3, swap S1 for her Defense skill, and wear down her HP with self-damage. Once her HP is low, take damage that would bring it to 0 (using enemy one-sided attacks or Unbreakable Coins) to enter the Changing Room (below 50% HP, all of S3's Coins become Unbreakable Coins, letting her strike back while taking hits). Equipping her Defense skill at 10% HP or less also lets her enter the Changing Room, but it throws away that turn's actions, and per the data, entering the Changing Room through damage taken no longer triggers in that battle. After Full Makeover, fight with healing and Coin reuse to balance damage and survivability.

We call it a changing room, but outside, it'd be more accurate to call it a pupa or an egg.

Inside, one changes while dissolving or crushing one's own body, and when the time comes, breaks the shell and comes out.

But if you tear open from outside something that isn't ready yet, sadly, it breaks.

That's why this period is the most fragile, and needs more care than ever.

When it is hard to overwrite a Mirror World Identity with the original as is, clothes are made in a form tailored just for the actor, and the actor is dressed in them.

Haute couture is a kind of cinematic reconstruction. It replaces and overwrites a being that once existed with clothes, and the actor empathizes with and immerses in that being to perform it. Viewers of the film accept the lie that it is not acting but reality, and only within it does the actor become that being and reproduce the original.

KEYWORDSEffect Glossary

Pulsation
Special Charge Max Count: 20 Affected by effects that change Charge Potency and Count in the same way Count decreases by 1 at Turn End

Full Makeover
Minimum and maximum Speed +1 HP increases by 25% of Max HP Damage taken from skills -10% Bleed Potency inflicted on enemies by basic skills +1 The bearer came out of the cocoon, but could not truly dissolve and rebuild themself within it, and so did not achieve true change. Even so, the original clothes were reinforced, and physical ability improved.
Fragile
For 1 turn, damage taken from skills increases in proportion to this value (maximum 10).
Unbreakable CoinShared mechanics →
This Coin is not destroyed on Clash Lose. If an attack skill contains this Coin, attack with it after taking damage. On Clash Lose, the Power of the remaining unbroken Coin becomes 1.
Changing Room
Max: 2 Speed is fixed at 1 Damage taken from skills -50% On gaining it, remove Stagger Thresholds, and remove Stagger if Staggered At Turn Start, gain 10 Aggro When attacked, gain 1 Pulsation Count (max 20 times per 1 turn) Decreases by 1 at Turn End Cannot retreat Does not enter E.G.O Corrosion and enters the basic Panic state instead (Panic change effects can apply) In this state, Defense skills other than As the Voice Says, I Gladly Withdraw into Myself and E.G.O skills cannot be equipped Even hardened, it is passive. From Le Rouge's point of view, anything passive is fragile, however hard it may be. But to change, one must stand still for a while. That is why this process is painful.
Aggro
In Focused Encounters, Slots with higher Aggro are more likely to be targeted by enemy attacks.
Clashable Guard
On Clash Win, shift the target's Stagger Threshold by the final Clash Power. When taking damage after losing the Clash, reduce the attacker's skill Final Power by this skill's Final Power. On Clash Lose, Final Power is not increased by level difference with the attack skill or by Resonance.
Damage Up
For 1 turn, increase damage dealt with skills proportional to the value (max 10).
