GUIDEMechanics and How to Use

At a Glance

A low-cost Envy Pierce E.G.O that hands out Charge Count to herself and all allies, completing a Charge team's setup in one go.

Core Mechanics

  • Gaining Charge: On Coin Ⅰ hit, she gains 10 Charge Count.
  • Distribution to allies: Gives all allies Charge Count in proportion to Envy Resonance. At Threadspin Ⅲ it happens on Heads Hit, and at Ⅳ after the attack, so it no longer depends on the Coin result.
  • Multi-target (Threadspin Ⅳ): Attack Weight becomes 3. The more enemies it hits, the more hits land, likely making it easier to fill her own Charge to the cap (20).
  • Corrosion skill: She gains 10 Charge Count and 10 Rupture. From Threadspin Ⅲ, it also gives all allies 5 Fragile, 10 Rupture, and 10 Charge Count (12 at Ⅳ), greatly increasing the risk when allies are hit. There is no mention of being unable to distinguish friend from foe, so targets can likely be chosen.
  • Passive — Haphazard Discharge: At Combat Start, gives 1 ally with Charge (Envy Absolute Resonance ÷ 2) Charge Count. The condition is demanding and the effect small.

How to Use

  • Fire it early in a team with many skills that require Charge to finish preparing Charge all at once.
  • The more Envy Resonance you can build, the larger the distribution.
  • The Corrosion skill puts Fragile and Rupture on allies, so use it when they are unlikely to be hit.
  • It requires 1 Wrath, 2 Gloom, and 2 Envy, with an Awakening Sanity cost of 20. It has few strengths beyond Charge, so its versatility is likely low.

A practical guide based on the skill and passive descriptions below.(Updated: 2026-10-18)

ANALYSISThreadspin

  • Ⅱ: Unlocks Haphazard Discharge.
  • Ⅲ: Raises Base Power and adds Charge distribution to allies (on Heads Hit) and the Corrosion skill's team-wide distribution.
  • Ⅳ: Becomes multi-target, and the distribution moves to after the attack. The Corrosion skill's Charge distribution rises to 12. It is likely worthwhile if you often use it with Overclock.
