3 things to understand first

  1. Early on, have Sinners other than the Prescript's target clash to disrupt Prescripts and build .
  2. Have Ryōshū clash with Furioso skills; protect other allies with healing and advance debuffs.
  3. In the second half, assign Sloth to Ryōshū and beat Gloom skills with matching Slash, Pierce, or Blunt attacks.

GUIDEKeys to the fight

Turn numbers indicate a typical sequence. HP loss and Stagger can change the order, so also check the names of the skills the enemy is using.

Find a response based on how you lost

Allies die despite winning clashes
Check for fully s against the Prescript's target and repeated Furioso hits. Assign major attacks to Ryōshū, who survives lethal damage while another ally lives; heal and apply debuffs in advance to protect the others.
Second-half Gloom skills overwhelm the team
During , a clash loss against the same physical type or Ryōshū weakens them. Match Blunt with Blunt, Pierce with Pierce, and Slash with Slash. Assign the Sloth skill that only Ryōshū can clash with first.
The final Furioso clash is unwinnable
loses 20 Power when clashing with Ryōshū's base . Save resources for . Keep other allies alive to maintain Ketsuen and Renketsuen's conditions.

Before deployment

Bring Ryōshū and strong Slash, Pierce, and Blunt clashes

  • Recommended Lv. 60. Deploy seven Sinners including Ryōshū, with four backups. Gregor cannot deploy.
  • Prepare high-Power Slash, Pierce, and Blunt skills for the three second-half Gloom skills. Fill missing types with . Save Ryōshū's for the final major attack.
  • Bring HP/SP recovery and ways to lower enemy Power. weakens enemies next turn, so use it before a major attack or .
  • Ryōshū gains . Here it persists while another Sinner is alive, unlike its usual one-turn duration.

First half · Especially Turns 1–4

Keep the Prescript's target out of clashes and make Prescripts fail

  • Check every turn. A Sinner other than Ryōshū is chosen and prioritized by Rien. Take over clashes with other Sinners to limit hits.
  • Device II succeeds through hits on its target or at least four hits in one turn. Do not protect only the designated target while leaving other attacks unopposed.
  • Failed Prescripts add , lowering and Power. also advances through HP and turn conditions, so its activation alone does not mean disruption failed.
  • At 75% HP or less, III and 9 Grace can activate, raising damage against everyone by 30% even in the first half. Avoid pushing HP too far before a major attack without healing and debuffs ready.

9 Procuration · Major attacks from Turn 5 of the first half

Have Ryōshū beat Furioso and prepare for remaining area damage

  • Uses Furioso at 9 . In the first half, missing stacks are filled to 9 on Turn 5 and every four turns afterward. Check the count and use or similar debuffs the turn before.
  • is an Unfocused Volley with s, often hitting the clasher repeatedly. Have Ryōshū win, using her survival against lethal damage while another ally lives.
  • Ryōshū surviving does not keep everyone safe. Check secondary targets' HP, Wrath resistance, and debuffs beforehand. The turn ends after the attack, so do not postpone healing.

55% HP or less · Second half

Keep the Prescript's target alive and manage Grace and Karmic Consequence

  • Removing the mask starts the second half with HP carried over. Procuration resets to 0 and becomes . Do not simply extend the first half's counters.
  • Second-half Prescripts demand the target's death. Keeping them alive makes the Prescript fail, increasing and reducing Grace. At 9 Grace, damage against everyone rises by 50%; beware of damage immediately after the transition.
  • From the second-half transition, occurs every two turns and missing Procuration is replenished every four. Check equipped skills to see whether the special pattern or major attack is active.
  • If using from the , consider stabilizing early second-half regular skills and . Prepare healing and debuffs together.

Indulgence in Prescripts special pattern

Ryōshū handles Sloth; beat the three Gloom skills with matching physical types

  • Only Ryōshū can clash with “” Assign her first.
  • Beat the three Gloom skills by matching Blunt with Blunt, Pierce with Pierce, and Slash with Slash. Ryōshū winning also meets the weakening condition, but check her available slots first.
  • Winning with the wrong type does not sufficiently reduce Unbreakable damage. Use strong for missing types and check both win probability and remaining damage.
  • Ryōshū beating the Sloth skill adds . Beating all three Gloom skills adds more. Wounds also strengthen her base 's damage.

25% HP or less

Match Forest for the Flames against the final Furioso to finish

  • The final loses 20 Power when clashing with Ryōshū's base . Assign to weaken the remaining Unbreakable damage.
  • Renketsuen greatly increases base damage according to the enemy's . Keep allies other than Ryōshū alive to maintain her protection from lethal damage.
  • Unopposed damage and damage from , , and are greatly reduced. while attacking and finish without allowing more enhanced major attacks.

NOTESUnique effects and cautions

Easy-to-miss details

  • Ryōshū's HP protection requires another living ally. Leaving only Ryōshū alive is not safe.
  • heals on basic attack and hits. itself does not provide that same healing.
  • s become Unbreakable when attacks are aimed at the Prescript's target. Taking over the clash does not necessarily remove an already applied Unbreakable conversion.
  • Beat second-half Gloom skills with the same physical type or Ryōshū. Check the type even when the win prediction is favorable.
  • Rien's random weapons change actual incoming damage types. Slash resistance alone does not reduce every attack.

PARTYRecommended teams and preparation

What to prepare first

  • Prepare Ryōshū's , high-Power Slash/Pierce/Blunt clashes, and HP/SP recovery.
  • If bringing Meursault, use to weaken next turn's major attack or special pattern. Align the use turn with the effect turn.
  • Check Wrath resistance for Furioso skills too. If another changes resistance, use it before the hit.

Ryōshū and base E.G.O

Slash, Pierce, and Blunt clashes

Beat the three Gloom skills during with matching types.

Advance debuffs and healing

Protect allies from Unbreakable damage that remains after clash wins.

Protect the Prescript's target

Failed Prescripts add and also reduce Grace in the second half.

One ally can fill several roles. First choose a main fighter who can win Clashes, then assign responsibilities for dangerous attacks and special mechanics.
