A Burn attacker that spends District 12 Fuel, gains damage while in the Overheated Fuel state at 50 or less, and uses defense to refill to 100 before running dry. His heavy Burn Count application also makes him a Count-maintenance option for Burn teams.
Core Mechanics
Fuel cycle: Through District 12 Special Workshop Fuel, he starts with 100 Fuel and enters Overheated Fuel at 50 or less. The Defense skill I have to keep going for big sis (a clashable counter) grants 100 Fuel at Combat Start. At 0 Fuel, he gets none of the Fuel-spending effects and weakens greatly, so refuel at around 15.
S3 — Firefist: Spends up to 25 Fuel, +2% damage per point (up to 50%; +1%, up to 25%, at lower Uptie). In Overheated Fuel, +4% per point (up to 100%; +3%, up to 75%, at lower Uptie). Coin Ⅲ also applies the same damage multiplier. +1 Coin Power per 3 Burn Count on the target (up to 2), and +1 Base Power per 6 Burn (up to 3; up to 2 at lower Uptie). If it spent Fuel or the target dies, he gains 2 Blunt DMG Up next turn (1 at lower Uptie). It hits at full power when fired between 30 and 50 Fuel.
Inflicting Burn Count: Coin Ⅱ of S1 Flamethrow spends 15 Fuel for +2 Burn Count (+1 at lower Uptie). Coin Ⅱ of S2 I'll burn away every last drop of your filthy blood adds +2 Burn Count (+1 at lower Uptie), and also spends 10 Fuel to add +1 Burn Count to the 2 enemies with the lowest Burn Count (1 at lower Uptie). Coins Ⅰ and Ⅱ of S3 add +1 Burn Count each if they spent Fuel.
S2: Coin Ⅰ spends 10 Fuel to inflict 2 Burn on the 2 enemies with the lowest Burn Potency (1 at lower Uptie). Coins that spend Fuel deal +15% damage (+10% at lower Uptie), or +30% in Overheated Fuel (+20% at lower Uptie).
Combat passive — I'm the only survivor... (3 Wrath Resonance; unlocked at Uptie Ⅱ): +0.2% damage per Fuel spent in this battle (up to 40%). +0.3% (up to 60%) if the main target is a Bloodfiend or Blood Sac, or the target's combined Burn and Burn Count is 30 or more. While he has at least 1 Fuel, staggering or defeating a Burning enemy adds +2 Burn Count to 2 random enemies (once per turn).
How to Use
Early on, use Fuel with S1 and S2 to spread Burn and Burn Count, and once in Overheated Fuel at 50 or less, attack hard with S3. Before Fuel runs out, restore it to 100 with his Defense skill and burn through it again. Refueling ends Overheated Fuel, but treat that as part of the cycle. At Uptie Ⅳ, he easily meets Burn conditions on his own, and in Burn teams he can support allies' Burn Count.
