GLOSSARY / Battle Basics
Normal Encounter
At a Glance
A battle format where you cannot assign attack pairings as freely as in Focused Encounters.
GUIDEHow It Works
Select skills by connecting the panel from left to right. Instead of freely assigning enemy slots, pairings follow the Speed-based formation.
Different slot counts can create unopposed attacks. Check arrows to see slot growth across turns and who will actually be targeted.
NOTESCommon Misunderstandings
- Do not directly apply Focused Encounter redirection rules to Normal Encounters.
