  2. Reserve a skill that can beat “” Winning s the enemy and creates a damage opening.
  3. In the second half, aim to and break the Maw. Do not allow the instant-kill hit to land on an ally below 30% HP.

GUIDEKeys to the fight

Turn numbers indicate a typical sequence. HP loss and Stagger can change the order, so also check the names of the skills the enemy is using.

Find a response based on how you lost

The enemy keeps healing every turn
The passive reacts to and . Check how many copies of you have. With 3, its healing and Power increase are disabled, so and Identities are not categorically unusable in this fight.
An ally suddenly becomes ed and focused down
Check the Gaze applied by “” in the first half. It is applied at Combat Start and is not removed merely by winning the . Prepare faster allies to redirect attacks next turn.
An ally died instantly despite having HP remaining
In the second half, “” instantly kills a target below 30% HP on a Heads hit. Heal them or have another Sinner take the to prevent the hit.
I thought I had won, but the enemy changed forms
Depleting the first half's HP starts the second half. Do not spend all resources and strong skills in the first half; save some for the Maw's dangerous attacks.

Before entering the boss fight

Collect A Sign and prepare HP and resources

  • Collect 3 copies of while exploring the dungeon. This suppresses the enemy's healing and Power increase triggered by and .
  • Aim for core Sinners around Lv. 30 and check their Ⅲ skills. Restore low-HP Sinners at recovery points and enter the final battle with resources remaining.
  • Without enough Signs, skills that inflict or allow healing and bonuses next turn. Review Sign collection before replacing your entire team.

First half / Gaze and “Purify”

Prevent attacks from reaching Staggered allies

  • “” applies Gaze for next turn at Combat Start. The target becomes ed and takes more damage, so check next turn's incoming attacks.
  • “” reduces SP by 10 On Use. Winning the does not prevent all SP damage, and Plus predictions may also become less reliable.
  • Have a faster Sinner who can win redirect “” and attacks aimed at allies with Gaze. Stacked Nails can also force , so stop dangerous skills with strong skills or .

First half / “I Shall Claim Your Life!”

Win to Stagger her and clear the first half

  • Kromer becomes ed if she loses the with “” Reserve a high-Power skill or that can beat it.
  • If possible, let a faster Sinner take the so other attackers hit after she becomes ed. Check and actual predictions to confirm attack order.
  • The second half follows even after depleting the first half's HP. Exploit the window while retaining necessary resources and HP.

Second half / Maw and arms

Stagger and break the dangerous Maw

  • Pierce is effective against the Maw. Focus on it while handling dangerous attacks, aiming to and break it. Also stop arm attacks where practical, since their and disrupt later es.
  • weakens the Maw's physical resistances. ing it creates an opening to stop attacks; judge by displayed skills and status rather than a fixed turn alone.
  • Do not let “” hit an ally below 30% HP. Heal or redirect to prevent instant death.
  • “” is a strong area attack with 5 . If the Maw cannot be broken first, with a high-Power skill.

Below 50% main-body HP to the finish

  • An event check occurs as HP falls. Passing the Wrath-favored check s the enemy; choose a Sinner using the displayed success prediction. Failure reduces the selected Sinner's SP by 30.
  • Main-body HP stops at 1 even after being depleted, and victory follows the Turn End event. Do not judge victory solely from .

NOTESUnique effects and cautions

Easy-to-miss details

  • The two halves are consecutive. Do not exhaust all resources just to clear the first half.
  • 3 copies of disable the healing passive. Do not replace your team based on the outdated assumption that and Identities cannot be used.
  • “”'s Gaze and “”'s SP damage do not activate only on hit.

  • Collect 3 copies of . No specific Identity is required; obtaining an Identity with a special opening is not mandatory.
