A Poise Identity that builds at least 10 Poise Count, then aims for a large critical hit and 5 Paralyze with single-Coin S3 To Claim Their Bones. Weak alone; designed for a Blade Lineage team with support from Blade Lineage Mentor Meursault or Shadow-vested Bladesinger [着影揮刀].
Core Mechanics
Blade Lineage team support: The main support comes from Meursault's Blade Lineage Mentor and his combat passive Swordplay of the Homeland (3 Pride Resonance; unlocked at Uptie Ⅱ). At Combat Start, it gives Swordplay of the Homeland to Blade Lineage members other than the Mentor. Also, each time the Mentor gains Poise Potency or Count, the 2 Blade Lineage Identities with no Poise or the least Poise also gain 1 Potency and Count. At Combat Start on turns they are equipped, the Mentor's S1 and S2 give Sword of the Homeland - Rending and Sword of the Homeland - Penetrating to Blade Lineage members other than himself, in order of lowest Speed (up to the number of the highest Absolute Resonance). This Identity is a Blade Lineage member with low Speed, so he tends to be a priority target.
Only S2 grants Poise Potency: Each Coin of S2 Slash Series grants 2, 1, and 1 Poise (only on Heads Hit at lower Uptie). S2 is his only source of Poise Potency; S1 Slice then Stab and his Defense skill only increase Poise Count. On Clash Win, S2 does not consume Poise Count on this skill's Critical Hits.
S3 — To Claim Their Bones: 1 Coin. +150% Critical damage if he has 10 or more Poise Count. Inflicts 5 Paralyze (5 Coins' worth of Coin Power fixed at 0 for 1 turn) and 3 Bleed on hit.
Topping up Poise Count: The Defense skill Newsprung Counter grants 1 Damage Up next turn and +3 Poise Count on use (Uptie Ⅳ). S1 adds 1/2 Poise Count on hit, and gains +1 Coin Power at 3 or more Poise Count.
Combat passive — Slayer (2 Pride Resonance; unlocked at Uptie Ⅱ): When an ally other than himself increases Poise Count with a skill, there is a 50% chance his Poise Count also increases by 1. The final Coin of the last Sin in a chain deals +20% damage.
How to Use
Deploy him with Blade Lineage allies so he can receive their support. Early on, actively use S2 for Poise, and build Poise Count to 10 or more with S1, his Defense skill, and Slayer before firing S3. His Speed is low (2–5), so note that S3's Paralyze tends to only affect enemy skills that act later the same turn.
