A negative-Coin Identity that deliberately loses clashes with S1 to rapidly lower SP, then uses the main S2 Puddle Stomp at low SP to deal heavy damage while consuming Sinking.
Core Mechanics
SP drops on Clash Lose: This Identity has a special SP rule, SP Decrease. He loses SP on Clash Lose (10 by default, more for each Clash exchange after the first). S1 Umbrella Thwack has a low Clash Power of −1–5 (0–6 at higher Uptie) and grants 3 Sinking on [Clash Lose], making it a skill for losing to lower his SP.
S2 Puddle Stomp is his main skill: +2 Final Power below −15 SP (lower Uptie) or +3 (higher Uptie), and +2 more below −25. Coins Ⅱ and Ⅲ inflict Rupture on Tails Hit, and Coin Ⅳ spends 5 of his own Sinking for +20% damage (triggers Tremor Burst on Tails Hit). Because it reduces Sinking, it also keeps his SP from dropping too far.
Combat passive — Rain of Tears (3 Envy Owned; unlocked at Uptie Ⅱ): At Combat Start, spends 1 Sinking Count and lowers his own SP by his Sinking. Before taking damage, he gains Protection equal to his Sinking, up to 5 per turn. When taking damage, he gains 1 Blunt DMG Up next turn, up to 3 per turn. The effect is large with his Blunt S2.
Stacking Sinking on himself: S1 adds +1 Sinking Count on use. S3 Spread Out! grants 6 Sinking and +3 Sinking Count on use. The Defense skill Warning grants 3/5 Sinking on use.
Minus Coins: His Base Power is high, and power drops each time a Coin lands Heads. Many effects trigger on Tails Hit, and lower SP makes Tails more likely (a general game rule).
How to Use
Early on, lose Clashes with S1 or gain Sinking with S3 to lower his SP. Once his SP is low enough, switch to attacking with S2. S2 consumes Sinking, so firing it just before E.G.O Corrosion prevents his SP from dropping too far. The design assumes the passive's Protection and Blunt DMG Up, so gather 3 Envy as early as possible (within 1–2 turns). The Defense skill Warning has low Coin Power and is worse than S1 for lowering SP. He is also easier to handle in Focused Encounters, where the opponent will attack him.

AEDD: S1 (Envy) and S2 (Gloom) supply resources, and his passive grants Protection equal to Sinking and Blunt DMG Up after taking damage, suiting a playstyle built on taking hits.
Ya Śūnyatā Tad Rūpam: S2 (Gloom), S3 (Sloth), and his Defense skill (Wrath) supply everything except Lust, and his passive's Protection shores up durability (however, the passive lowers his SP by his Sinking at Combat Start, so it needs balancing with the 15-SP condition for multi-target).
Holiday: His S1 applies Sinking to himself on Clash Lose, likely meeting the passive's condition. However, he cannot supply Gluttony.
When hit by an attack skill, take fixed SP damage equal to the Potency (converted to Gloom damage for Abnormalities).
After taking damage, reduce Count by 1.
